He calls swords "sheens."
He believes that he won't have bad dreams if I read him a story before bed.
He often says, "Mom, I want to be hold."
He sits or stands on my back if I'm on the floor.
He gives spontaneous hugs.
His eyes are windows to heaven and my heart.
Five years old isn't a baby anymore!

When we get busy and sidetracked, it's easy to forget how blessed we truly are - thanks for the reminder!
I've always considered June to be a freakin genius, but she is wrong: 5 is deffinitely still a baby. Especially if child in question is either the last born or the only born.
